Position / Designation : Risk Analytics Consultant / Analyst

Qualification : Bachelor's degree, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Finance or a related quantitative discipline.

Years of Experience : 3-5 years of relevant experience in analytics, risk management, fraud analytics, credit risk, or related domains.

Selection Process :

- Total 3 Technical rounds.
- 2 rounds evaluation with LV (we can plan to take this together based on panel availability) & 1 with client.

Job Role & Responsibility :

Data Analytics & Insights :

- Perform data extraction, transformation and analysis using SQL and Python.
- Conduct exploratory and diagnostic analyses to identify trends, patterns and risk drivers.
- Develop risk performance reports, dashboards and management information systems (MIS).
- Support ad hoc analytical requests and deep-dive investigations.

Risk Analytics :

- Analyze fraud and/or credit risk portfolios to identify emerging risks and opportunities.
- Support rule performance monitoring/recommendations, risk strategy assessments and portfolio reviews.
- Generate actionable recommendations to improve risk management outcomes.
- Monitor key risk performance indicators and trends.

Dashboarding & Visualization :





- Design and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Tableau (preferred).
- Create executive-ready presentations and reports summarizing analytical findings.
- Ensure data visualization outputs are transparent, accurate, and actionable.

Stakeholder Management :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Risk, Product, Operations, and Technology.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Communicate complex analytical concepts in a simple and concise manner.

Skills :

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in analytics, risk management, fraud analytics, credit risk, or related domains.
- Strong proficiency in : SQL, Python, Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience in developing analytical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have :

- Hands-on experience with Tableau.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Experience within : Fraud Risk Management, Credit Risk Analytics, Banking, Payments, FinTech or Financial Services industries.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
- Exposure to machine learning or advanced analytics techniques is an advantage.
