Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products to increase revenue.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements :

- 4-12 years of experience in retail sales or related field (frozen food industry preferred).

- Robust knowledge of HORECA sales principles and practices.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building skills.
