Job Summary

Recruza Alliance is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Restaurant Receptionist to join a reputed restaurant in Bareilly. The Restaurant Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests and will be responsible for creating a warm welcome, managing reservations, coordinating seating, handling guest enquiries, and supporting smooth front-of-house operations.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a busy restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Manage restaurant reservations, table bookings, and guest seating arrangements.
- Maintain an updated reservation and waiting list.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus when required.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and customer booking requests professionally.
- Provide guests with information about the restaurant, menu, special offers, and services.
- Coordinate with waitstaff, kitchen, and management teams to ensure smooth guest service.
- Monitor table availability and manage guest flow during busy periods.
- Handle customer feedback and basic complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and special customer requests.
- Assist with guest requests such as birthday arrangements, special seating, and other occasions.
- Ensure the reception/front desk area remains clean, organized, and presentable.
- Maintain a professional appearance and follow restaurant grooming standards.




- Support the restaurant team with basic administrative and front-office tasks when required.
- Ensure a positive and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in restaurant, hotel, hospitality, front office, or customer service roles preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with reservation systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Positive attitude and strong team-working skills.
