About the Role /n /n /n Kimirica Hunter International LLP is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented R&D; Associat e to support the development and improvement of innovative personal care and hospitality products. The role involves formulation development, product evaluation, documentation, stability studies, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product commercialization while meeting quality and regulatory standards. /n Key Responsibiliti /n /n

- Develop and optimize formulations for personal care and hospitality products, including shampoos, conditioners, body wash, lotions, soaps, hand wash, and other cosmetic products

/n

- Conduct laboratory trials, product evaluations, and performance testing for recent product development and reformulations

/n

- Prepare product samples for internal reviews, customer evaluations, and commercial approvals

/n

- Perform stability studies and maintain detailed records of observations and results

/n

- Coordinate with Procurement to evaluate and approve new raw materials and alternate ingredients.

/n

- Work closely with the Quality Assurance and Production teams during pilot batches and commercial scale-up.

/n

- Maintain formulation records, technical documentation,



specifications, and development reports

/n

- Assist in troubleshooting formulation and manufacturing-related issues

/n

- Ensure all formulations comply with applicable regulatory and quality requirement

/n

- Stay updated on emerging ingredient technologies, market trends, and innovations within the cosmetics and personal care industry

/n

- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, performance, and cost efficienccy

/n /n .Qualification /n /n

- B.Tech/M.Tech in Cosmetics

/n /n Experience /n /n

- 3+ years of experience in Research & Development within the Cosmetics, Personal Care, FMCG, or Pharmaceutical industry.

/n /n /n Preferred Skills /n /n

- Knowledge of cosmetic formulation principles and raw materials

/n

- Understanding of laboratory equipment and testing procedures

/n

- Familiarity with stability testing and product evaluation techniquess

/n

- Basic knowledge of cosmetic regulations and quality standard

/n

- Good documentation and technical writing skills

/n

- Proficiency in MS Office;

experience with laboratory documentation systems is an advantage
