Job Summary

As a Relationship Manager in Guntur, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable banking products and services. Job Responsibilities

- Develop and manage a portfolio of high-value clients in the Guntur region.

- Proactively identify client needs and cross-sell appropriate banking products and services, including loans, deposits, investments, and insurance.

- Conduct regular client meetings to understand their financial goals and provide personalized advice.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and prompt resolution of queries and concerns.

- Prepare and present financial proposals and reports to clients.

Job Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in relationship management within the banking or financial services industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Strong understanding of banking products, services, and financial markets.

- Ability to analyze financial data and provide sound financial advice.

- Customer-centric approach with a strong commitment to service excellence.

- Proficiency in local language (Telugu) is highly preferred.

- Residing in or willingness to relocate to Guntur is essential.
