Role Description The Relationship Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. Day-to-day activities include understanding customer needs, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver appropriate financial solutions.

The Relationship

Associate will track and analyze customer data, prepare reports,



and support business development initiatives to enhance client engagement and retention. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, adhering to compliance requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement in customer service processes.

- Solid Business Relationship Management and Relationship Building skills to develop, maintain, and grow client partnerships.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and deliver clear, professional information.
- Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, identify trends, and support decision-making for relationship and business growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple customer interactions with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in financial services, banking, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools; comfort with learning new digital systems.
