Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations across Chennai and the surrounding region. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on sales leader who can manage a team, develop new markets, build repeatable sales processes, and personally close complex deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and mentor a team of 3–5 TSMs/ASMs.
- Own regional sales targets, revenue, pipeline, and team performance.
- Drive field sales activities, lead generation, demos, negotiations, and closures.
- Identify and open new micro-markets across the region.
- Develop multiple lead-generation strategies to increase customer acquisition.
- Monitor individual team members' pipelines and performance regularly.
- Assess new hires during their initial ramp-up and provide timely coaching or corrective action.
- Personally handle and close large, complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Build and implement repeatable sales processes and city-level sales playbooks.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and provide direct, actionable feedback.
- Ensure quality demos, smooth customer onboarding, and strong retention.
- Take complete ownership of regional business outcomes.

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in field sales.




- At least 1 year of experience managing a sales team or city-level business/P&L;.
- Proven experience in team handling, sales target achievement, and business development.
- Strong understanding of field sales and market expansion.
- Experience building and implementing structured sales processes.
- Strong coaching, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience closing complex deals involving multiple decision-makers.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel within the region.
- Candidates with experience in SaaS, real estate, hospitality, rental, fintech, or B2B sales will be preferred.
