About the Role-

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Head to lead and drive business growth across Hyderabad and the Telangana market.

The role will be responsible for developing the regional business through project-led sales, specification selling, architect and interior designer relationships, and premium customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Hyderabad market and an established network within the architecture, interiors, real estate, and construction ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities-

- Own the overall sales strategy and business development for Hyderabad and the Telangana region.
- Drive regional revenue, profitability, and market growth in line with organisational objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, developers, contractors, and key decision-makers.
- Identify upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality, and premium real-estate projects and build a strong project pipeline.
- Drive specification selling by engaging with architects, designers, consultants, and project stakeholders from the early stages of projects.
- Convert project opportunities into business through effective presentations, solution selling, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Build strong relationships with premium and high-value customers and ensure a superior customer experience.
- Leverage the experience centre and other customer touchpoints to generate and convert qualified opportunities.
- Track project progress from identification and specification through quotation, negotiation, and closure.
- Conduct regular market mapping and competitor analysis to identify recent opportunities and strengthen market positioning.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, project pipelines, MIS, and business reviews.
- Work closely with marketing, design, estimation, operations,



and project teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the organisation at relevant industry events, exhibitions, architect meets, and networking forums.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the regional sales team as the business expands.

Candidate Profile-
- 815 years of experience in B2B sales, project sales, business development, or regional sales leadership.
- Strong understanding of the Hyderabad/Telangana market and the local architecture, interiors, real-estate, and construction ecosystem.
- Strong existing relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, developers, and premium clients.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience in premium/luxury building materials, architectural products, doors & windows, faade, interiors, furniture, flooring, sanitaryware, or allied categories will be preferred.
- Experience in specification-led and project-based sales is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage high-value, long-cycle projects.
- Self-driven, strategic, and capable of independently owning a regional business.
- Willingness to travel across Hyderabad and Telangana as required.
