Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Consultant role based in Hyderabad.

The Recruitment

Consultant will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds for various roles within Motilal Oswal Home Loans. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, designing recruitment strategies for graduate and experienced hires, and maintaining talent pipelines for critical positions.

Consultant will also handle job postings, manage recruitment databases, support employer branding initiatives, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process. Ongoing responsibilities include tracking recruitment metrics, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant employment regulations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting for both entry-level and experienced roles.
- Candidates should possess strong Consulting and stakeholder management skills to advise hiring managers and support talent decisions.
- Candidates should possess Interviewing and assessment skills to effectively evaluate candidate suitability.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with candidates and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in financial services or housing finance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment portals, and MS Office tools.
