About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the workforce of some of the most innovative and fast-growing sectors such as manufacturing, data centers, semiconductors, and BioPharma. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier professionals who possess the technical expertise required to drive industry advancements.

This position requires a strategic mindset, a strong understanding of technical roles, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients meet their talent acquisition needs efficiently and effectively, contributing directly to their growth and success.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in technical recruitment within manufacturing, data centers, semiconductors, or BioPharma industries. A strong understanding of industry-specific roles and technical requirements is essential. You should be proficient in using ATS systems, preferably Bullhorn,



and sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are vital for effective candidate and client interactions. The candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A goal-driven attitude with a passion for achieving targets and delivering results is also required.

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if complemented by relevant experience.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Recruiter, your key responsibilities will include:

- Industry-Focused Hiring: Identify, attract, and place top-tier professionals across manufacturing, cleanroom operations, data center management, and life sciences roles.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize innovative sourcing techniques across multiple platforms including job boards, social media, and industry networks to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Candidate Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with niche talent pools, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS system, including job postings, candidate statuses, interview notes, and feedback.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, develop job descriptions, and deliver high-quality candidates within specified timelines.
- Event Participation: Represent NES Fircroft at industry-specific job fairs, conferences,



and networking events to promote our brand and attract top talent.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with industry standards, legal regulations, and company policies to maintain high-quality hiring practices.
- KPIs Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed recruitment targets, ensuring timely placement and client satisfaction.
