Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of recruitment practices, and the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and prepare suitable candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
- Assess candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and other employment-related details where required.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions and achieve recruitment targets.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and daily/weekly hiring reports.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening abilities.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or other recruitment platforms.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work on multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

Education

Graduate in any discipline.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in IT recruitment, Non-IT recruitment, staffing, consultancy, bulk hiring, or corporate recruitment will be preferred.
