About The Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence workforce development within some of the most dynamic sectors including manufacturing, data centres, semiconductors, and BioPharma. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for high-tech roles critical to industry advancement.

You will work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements and deliver quality candidates efficiently. The position requires a strategic mindset, technical understanding, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Your contributions will directly impact the growth and success of clients operating at the forefront of technological innovation.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in technical recruitment within manufacturing, data centres, semiconductors, or BioPharma sectors. A strong understanding of industry-specific roles and skill sets is essential. You should be tech-savvy,



comfortable using ATS systems such as Bullhorn and various sourcing tools to identify and engage candidates effectively.

Excellent communication skills are vital for building rapport with candidates and clients alike. Organizational skills and agility are necessary to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. A goal-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting targets and delivering results will set you apart.

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred, along with relevant recruitment certifications.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Recruiter, your key responsibilities will include:

- Industry-Focused Hiring: Identify, attract, and place top talent in manufacturing, cleanroom operations, data centre management, and life sciences roles, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize creative sourcing techniques across job boards, social media platforms, and industry networks to build a diverse talent pool.
- Candidate Engagement: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with niche talent pools, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Bullhorn or similar ATS platforms, including job postings, candidate profiles, interview notes, and status updates.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.




- Event Participation: Represent NES Fircroft at industry-specific job fairs and networking events to promote our brand and attract potential candidates.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure recruitment activities adhere to company standards and industry regulations, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- KPI Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed recruitment targets, timelines, and quality benchmarks to support business growth.
