We are looking for a Telecalling & Lead Generation Executive to help us connect with potential customers interested in buying residential plots.

This is a hybrid and flexible work opportunity, suitable for candidates who are confident speaking with people and are interested in sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain our residential plot projects and offers clearly.
- Understand the customer's budget, location preference and requirements.
- Identify genuinely interested prospects.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Schedule site visits and appointments.
- Maintain basic records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into site visits.

Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi/Hinglish.
- Comfortable speaking to customers over the phone.
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous sales/telecalling experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
