Role Description This is a full-time, in office Real Estate Specialist role based in Lucknow.

The Real Estate

Specialist will support clients through the entire property transaction lifecycle, including identifying suitable properties, arranging site visits, and explaining key features and benefits.

Responsibilities include managing property listings, maintaining accurate records of available real estate, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth processes. The role involves providing responsive customer service, addressing client inquiries, assisting with documentation related to real property, and supporting sales activities to meet individual and team targets.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property, with the ability to guide clients through property selection and transactions.

- Experience in Sales within the real estate or related sectors, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

- Background in Real Estate Development or exposure to property projects, planning, or evaluation is beneficial.

- Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and professional client handling.

- Ability to understand local market dynamics in Lucknow and interpret real estate trends.

- Effective negotiation and relationship-building skills with clients, brokers, and partners.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple listings and client interactions simultaneously.
