TwoXL Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Railway Ticketing Agent to join our travel operations team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in railway ticket booking, cancellation, modification, and customer handling.

You will be responsible for managing railway ticketing requirements efficiently while providing accurate and timely assistance to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle railway ticket bookings, cancellations, modifications, and refunds.
- Manage customer requests for train tickets and provide suitable travel options.
- Check train availability, schedules, routes, fares, and seat availability.
- Handle Tatkal and regular railway ticket bookings efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and payments.
- Coordinate with customers regarding ticket status, travel details, and required documentation.
- Resolve ticketing-related issues and provide prompt customer support.
- Ensure all ticketing transactions are completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with the internal travel team for smooth execution of customer bookings.




- Follow company procedures and railway ticketing rules and regulations.

Requirements
- Previous experience in railway ticket booking/ticketing is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Indian railway routes, train schedules, classes, and fares.
- Experience with IRCTC/railway ticketing systems will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Tatkal booking procedures is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak booking hours.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills.
- Candidates with experience in a travel agency or tour operator will be preferred.
