Role Description

We are looking for a Quality Engineer for a full-time, on-site prospect based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in building experience across quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing quality, process improvement, compliance, documentation, and plant operations.

The Quality Engineer will work closely with production, process, maintenance, laboratory, engineering, and operations teams to ensure products and manufacturing processes meet defined quality, safety, and performance standards.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Production, Industrial, Food Technology, Manufacturing, or a related engineering discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.




- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing, production, process engineering, laboratory operations, or compliance can apply.
- Candidates from food processing, FMCG, chemical, pharmaceutical, automotive, engineering, agro-processing, starch, packaging, consumer goods, or other manufacturing industries are welcome.
- Basic to good understanding of quality systems, manufacturing processes, inspection, testing, and process control.
- Knowledge of CAPA, root cause analysis, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, 7 QC Tools, SPC, or basic quality methodologies will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with ISO, GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, or other quality and food-safety systems will be preferred but is not mandatory.
- Ability to understand SOPs, specifications, inspection standards, process data, and technical documentation.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, observation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional plant teams.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in an on-site manufacturing environment and rotational shifts, if required.
- Internship, industrial training, laboratory exposure, or academic project experience in quality or manufacturing will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Strong focus on quality, safety, accuracy, learning, and continuous improvement.
