Its contemporary manufacturing facilities in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, with a capacity of 12,000 TPA, are equipped with advanced processing, forming, drying, and kiln technologies.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Engineer role based in the Alwar district.

The Quality

Engineer will oversee quality control and assurance activities across the production process, ensuring refractories and kiln furniture meet internal standards and customer specifications. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing quality procedures, inspecting raw materials and finished products, monitoring process parameters, and documenting test results.



The role involves collaborating with production, maintenance, and R&D; teams to investigate nonconformities, drive root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

The Quality

Engineer will also support continuous improvement initiatives, contribute to audits, and help maintain compliance with relevant industry standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Quality Engineering and Quality Management for manufacturing environments.
- Experience in Quality Control and Product Quality inspection, testing, and documentation.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance systems, processes, and continuous improvement methods.
- Familiarity with refractories, ceramics, or related industrial products is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Ceramic, Materials, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis capabilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork on-site.
- Experience with statistical quality tools, ISO or similar quality frameworks is beneficial.
