- Experience in M20 to high-strength concrete, SCC, RMC, and special concrete.

- Strong knowledge of fresh and hardened concrete testing.

- Expertise in slump, flow, temperature, density, compressive strength, and durability-related testing.

- Knowledge of cement, aggregate, sand, admixtures, mineral admixtures, and water quality testing.

- Experience in batching plant operations, concrete production, transit mixers, pumping, placing, compaction, finishing, and curing.

- Ability to monitor and control water-cement ratio, workability, temperature, strength, and durability parameters.

- Experience in trial mixes, mix optimization, material source approval, and concrete cost optimization.

- Knowledge of concrete defects, including cracks, honeycombing, segregation, and bleeding, along with appropriate repair methodologies.

- Experience in investigating low-strength concrete and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

- Robust knowledge of relevant IS Codes, IS 456, IS 10262, IS 516, IS 9103, and project specifications.

1. Building Finishing Works

- In-depth knowledge of quality standards for flooring, tiling, internal/external plastering, painting, false ceilings, facade works, and waterproofing.





- Expertise in checking surface alignment, plumb, levels, dimensions, tolerances, and aesthetic finishing quality.

- Experience in conducting material inspections and approval of mock-ups before bulk execution.

- Strong capability in managing snagging and de-snagging activities to achieve zero-defect handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish, implement, and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) at the project site.

- Ensure compliance with approved ITPs, Method Statements, Checklists, IS Codes, and Project Quality Plans.

- Manage concrete laboratory, batching plant QC, site QC team, and quality documentation.

- Conduct inspections of incoming materials and ensure approval before use.

- Monitor all major civil, structural, concrete, and finishing activities.

- Raise, monitor, and close NCRs, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions.

- Coordinate with Project Management Teams, Clients, Consultants, RMC Suppliers, Subcontractors, and Third-Party Laboratories.

- Prepare and submit quality reports, inspection records, MIS, and other QA/QC documentation.

- Identify quality bottlenecks and ensure timely resolution to maintain project
