Role Description The Quality Assurance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes to ensure that software products and digital solutions meet defined standards and client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and executing test plans, performing manual and automated testing, documenting defects, collaborating with developers and product teams to resolve issues, and continuously improving QA methodologies.

The specialist will participate in reviews of requirements and technical specifications, contribute to quality metrics and reporting,



and help enforce best practices across development and deployment workflows. The role requires close coordination with cross-functional teams to support reliable releases and enhance overall product quality.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, with the ability to design and execute comprehensive test strategies.

- Experience with Quality Management principles, including developing and maintaining quality standards, procedures, and documentation.

- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or analogous regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to software and technology projects.

- Skills in Quality Auditing, including conducting internal audits, identifying gaps, and supporting corrective and preventive actions.

- Hands-on experience with software testing (manual and automated), bug tracking tools, and test management systems.

- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD environments.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with engineering, product, and operations teams.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Prior experience in a QA role within software, IT services, or digital product companies is preferred.
