Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures related to quality management systems (QMS).
- Conduct audits of manufacturing processes, equipment, and documentation to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement corrective actions (CAPAs) to address deviations from standard operating procedures (SOPs) or non-conformities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to injectable products, formulations, sterility testing, injection techniques, OOS/OOT investigations.
- Provide training on QMS principles and best practices to employees at all levels within the organization.
