- Quality inspection of electrical panels from raw material to final dispatch.
- Conduct electrical testing: continuity, insulation resistance, HV tests, etc.
- Ensure compliance with IEC, IS, UL & customer specifications.
- Identify defects and coordinate with production for corrective action.
- Prepare inspection, test, NCR and quality reports.
- Perform RCA/CAPA and support process improvement.
- Maintain testing equipment calibration records.
- Assist in internal audits and ISO compliance.
- Handle customer quality concerns and provide technical support.
