Job Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement of construction and civil materials in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials as per project requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project and site teams.
- Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Analyse market trends and source quality materials at competitive prices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in purchasing construction and civil materials.
- Robust negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good knowledge of local suppliers and market rates.
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
