ob Responsibilities

- Find and list new vendors or suppliers.

- Ask for price quotes and compare offers.

- Negotiate valuable prices and payment terms.

- Make and send purchase orders (POs).

- Track delivery dates and fix delivery problems.

- Check received items for correct count and quality.

- Keep clean records of all purchases, bills, and deliveries.

- Work with the finance team to clear vendor invoices.

- Check stock levels so the company does not run out of items

- Any degree

- Real estate experience is mandatory .

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
