Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in the Kolkata for a Purchase Assistant
- Communication with suppliers on prices, moq lead time etc
- Assisting the Purchase In-Charge
- Preparing PO's on ERP system
- Handling in-bound logistics of raw materials
- Co-ordinating with Merchandisers and factory team / stores relating to procurement of samples / production requirements
Qualifications
- Graduate and above in any stream, commerce background is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 years work experience in related field is preferred, but freshers can apply.
- Proficiency in Documentation and Document Management, including accurate record-keeping, filing, and retrieval of documents.
- Effective Communication skills for coordination with suppliers, internal teams, logistics partners etc.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
