1. Overall Project Execution

- Lead the complete site execution of high-rise residential/commercial projects from mobilization to handover.

- Develop and implement project execution strategies in coordination with the Project Head.

- Ensure construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.

- Plan and monitor floor-wise and activity-wise construction progress.

- Ensure timely completion of structural, masonry, plaster, flooring, waterproofing, faade, finishing and external development works.

1. RCC &
- Structural Construction

- Supervise high-rise RCC construction including foundations, basement, columns, shear walls, beams, slabs and other structural elements.

- Ensure proper execution of shuttering, reinforcement and concreting activities.

- Coordinate with structural consultants for technical issues and drawing clarifications.

- Monitor concrete quality, cube testing, pour planning and RMC coordination.

- Implement efficient construction methods to improve productivity and reduce wastage.

1. Planning &
- Progress Monitoring

- Prepare and monitor detailed construction schedules in coordination with the planning team.

- Set weekly and monthly construction targets.

- Monitor actual progress against planned progress and identify delays.

- Develop recovery plans wherever project activities fall behind schedule.

- Conduct regular progress review meetings with contractors, consultants and internal teams.

1. Contractor &
- Subcontractor Management

- Manage civil contractors, subcontractors,



vendors and site manpower.

- Allocate work fronts and ensure optimum utilization of manpower and resources.

- Monitor contractor productivity and performance.

- Coordinate with billing and commercial teams regarding measurements, work orders and contractor bills.

- Resolve site-level disputes and execution issues.

1. Quality Control

- Ensure construction is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.

- Coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspection and testing.

- Ensure proper inspection of reinforcement, shuttering, concrete, masonry, plaster, waterproofing and finishing works.

- Identify construction defects and ensure timely rectification.

- Maintain proper quality documentation and inspection records.

1. MEP &
- Consultant Coordination

- Coordinate with MEP contractors and consultants to ensure proper integration of services with civil works.

- Ensure timely completion of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting and other building services.

- Coordinate service shafts, sleeves, openings, embedded items and builder's work requirements.

- Resolve clashes between architectural, structural and MEP drawings.

1. Safety Management





- Ensure strict implementation of site safety procedures.

- Coordinate with the safety team to maintain protected working conditions.

- Ensure compliance for work at height, scaffolding, lifting operations, excavation and other high-risk activities.

- Promote a strong safety culture among contractors and site workers.

1. Cost &
- Resource Control

- Monitor construction costs and resource consumption.

- Control material wastage, manpower productivity and equipment utilization.

- Coordinate with procurement for timely availability of construction materials.

- Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality.

- Monitor project variations and additional works.

1. Project Handover

- Lead finishing, testing, snagging and rectification activities.

- Coordinate with consultants and internal teams for project completion.

- Ensure apartments/common areas are completed as per approved specifications.

- Coordinate final inspections and project handover.
