About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly accountable Head of Projects to lead the end-to-end execution of projects across the organisation.The role will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, as per agreed specifications and quality standards, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing premium/luxury residential, commercial, hospitality, or architectural projects, along with the ability to lead internal teams, contractors, vendors, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities-

Project Planning & Execution

- Own the complete project lifecycle from order handover to final installation, commissioning, and closure.
- Develop detailed project execution plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed cost, quality, scope, and timelines.
- Establish clear project priorities and monitor progress against planned milestones.
- Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies and take timely corrective action.

Project Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across different locations and stages of execution.
- Monitor project schedules, site readiness, material availability, installation, and completion.
- Establish effective project review mechanisms and conduct regular project status reviews.
- Ensure proper documentation, approvals, measurements, drawings, BOQs, and project handovers.
- Maintain accurate project MIS, dashboards, forecasts, and management reports.

Stakeholder Management
- Act as the key point of contact for project-related matters with clients, architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams during project handover and execution.




- Ensure clear communication of project scope, specifications, timelines, commercial terms, and deliverables.
- Manage escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Team & Vendor Management
- Lead and mentor the project management and execution team.
- Allocate resources effectively across projects based on priorities and timelines.
- Manage contractors, installers, vendors, and external agencies to ensure quality and timely execution.
- Establish explicit performance expectations and accountability across the project team.
- Build a strong execution culture focused on ownership, quality, and customer experience.

Quality & Process Excellence
- Establish and maintain project execution standards and SOPs.
- Ensure installation and execution are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits and site reviews.
- Identify recurring execution issues and implement process improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement in project turnaround time, installation quality, and customer satisfaction.

Commercial & Cost Management
- Monitor project budgets, costs, variations, and profitability.
- Ensure projects are executed within approved commercial parameters.
- Control wastage, rework, delays, and unnecessary project costs.
- Coordinate with commercial and finance teams for billing, collections, reconciliations, and project closure.
- Review project profitability and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile




- 512 years of experience in project management, project execution, operations, or construction/project delivery.
- Strong experience managing high-value and complex projects from order confirmation through completion.
- Experience in luxury interiors, architectural products, doors & windows, faade, furniture, building materials, fit-outs, or allied industries will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of project planning, installation, site execution, quality control, and project closure.
- Experience managing multiple projects and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong stakeholder-management experience with architects, designers, developers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Strong commercial understanding and ability to manage project budgets and profitability.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and project-management capabilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
