Track fee utilization.

Review consultant invoices.

Management
Act as primary project contact.
Conduct progress meetings.
Prepare project reports.
Manage expectations.
Resolve project issues.

Consultant
Coordination
Coordinate structural engineers.
Coordinate MEP consultants.
Coordinate landscape consultants.
Monitor consultant deliverables.
Integrate multidisciplinary designs.

Project Team
Management
Mentor and supervise junior architects, designers, and project team members

Construction
Coordination
Review contractor queries.
Coordinate site instructions.
Manage RFIs.
Monitor construction progress.
Resolve execution issues.
G. Risk Management
Identify project risks.
Develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor statutory approvals.
Ensure contractual compliance.
Maintain project documentation.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Architecture is a must
- Master’s degree in Architecture preferred
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in architecture and project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant architectural tools.
Other Requirements:
