Position Summary The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for leading, planning, and executing engineering and operational projects from initial kickoff to final delivery. Acting as the main bridge between client expectations and internal cross-functional teams, the PM ensures projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and aligned with cost and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning & Execution:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with senior management and key stakeholders.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, tracking critical path milestones and resource allocation.
- Monitor daily project operations to ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Cross-Functional Team Coordination:
- Lead and align cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations).
- Hold regular status meetings, assign transparent responsibilities, and clear operational bottlenecks.




- Ensure seamless coordination between vendors, internal departments, and external clients.
- Risk & Stakeholder Management:
- Identify potential project risks, track issues, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer updates, status reporting, and change requests.
- Facilitate post-project reviews to document lessons learned and drive process improvements.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

- Experience: 36 years of experience in project management within manufacturing, engineering, or operations environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or equivalent technical field.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Key Competencies: Strong leadership, budget tracking, vendor management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional communication skills.
