We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of our branch expansion projects across India. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the construction and fit-out of new branch offices, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to company standards.
Note: This role is focused exclusively on branch expansion and infrastructure projects. It does not involve managing customer interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of current branch construction and fit-out projects.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure timely project completion.
- Track project progress and submit status reports to management.
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate multiple branch expansion projects across India.
Eligibility
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience in construction, interior fit-out, or commercial project execution.
- Age up to 35 years.
- Willing to travel extensively across India.
- Proficient in English and Hindi.
- Strong project planning, vendor management, and execution skills.
