Role Description The Project Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Pune District.

The Project

Manager will oversee turnkey workspace projects from planning to completion, including defining scope, timelines, and resource requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth execution and adherence to quality, safety, and budget guidelines. The role involves monitoring progress, managing risks, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services through effective expediting and logistics coordination.

The Project

Manager will prepare reports,



maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder management.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to track orders, follow up with vendors, and ensure on-time delivery of materials.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify quality, compliance with specifications, and readiness of deliverables at various project stages.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate transportation, warehousing, and site deliveries efficiently.
- Solid understanding of turnkey interior or construction projects, including basic design and site execution processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with ERP or scheduling software is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field; relevant project management certifications are a plus.
