Project Manager for leading Contractor Company in Gujrat -

Must have experience in Industrial Warehouise / Logistic Parks / Factory Building Projects.

Minimum Exp: 15 years

Must be B.E/ B.Tech in Civil

Salary - 15 to 25 Lac CTC

JD:

Lead end-to-end execution of industrial, warehouse, logistics park, and factory building projects.

Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budget, quality, and safety standards.

Prepare and monitor project execution plans, construction schedules, and resource deployment.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Review project progress and take corrective actions to mitigate delays.

Monitor project cost, productivity, cash flow, and resource utilization.





Ensure compliance with contract requirements, project specifications, and statutory regulations.

Conduct weekly and monthly project review meetings with stakeholders.

Manage subcontractors and monitor their performance.

Resolve technical, contractual, and operational issues during project execution.

Ensure implementation of QA/QC procedures and EHS standards at site.

Review procurement schedules and ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.

Prepare and present MIS reports, progress reports, and project dashboards to management.

Drive timely project completion and successful handover to the client.
