Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute solar projects within defined timeline, budget, quality, and safety standards.
- Handle end-to-end project execution for rooftop, ground-mounted, and commercial & industrial (C&I;) solar projects.
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, manpower requirements, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor daily site progress and resolve technical, operational, and project-related issues.
- Ensure installation of solar modules, inverters, mounting structures, DC/AC systems, cabling, earthing, and other electrical components as per approved designs and standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with clients for project updates, inspections, approvals, and handover.
- Monitor project costs and ensure optimum utilization of manpower and materials.
- Maintain project documentation, MIS reports, progress reports, drawings, test reports, and handover documents.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, synchronization, and successful project completion.




- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Manage contractors and subcontractors and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

Requirements

- B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
- 3–7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the solar/renewable energy industry.
- Hands-on experience in solar PV project execution and site management.
- Good knowledge of electrical systems, solar PV components, installation practices, and project documentation.
- Robust leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and work under deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, or other project management tools will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
