Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Management Officer (PMO) with experience in low-code/no-code platforms to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project management activities, ensuring successful project delivery, and leveraging low-code/no-code tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Management

- Plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Low-code/No-code Development :
- Utilize low-code/no-code platforms to design, develop, and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional applications.
- Maintain and update existing low-code/no-code applications as needed.

Stakeholder Management
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
- Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and documentation.

Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.




- Leverage low-code/no-code tools to automate workflows and enhance productivity.

Team Coordination
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on project-related tasks.

Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure all project activities comply with organizational policies and standards.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on low-code/no-code platforms.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in using low-code/no-code development platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Apps, OutSystems, Mendix, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- PMP or other project management certification.
- Experience in agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies.
