Role Description – Project EngineerOrange Health Labs is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure and fit-out projects across its diagnostic and laboratory network. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing end-to-end execution of projects, including site assessment, planning, vendor and contractor coordination, material management, quality control, progress monitoring, and project handover. The role will involve working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, vendors, contractors, and operations teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved designs, quality standards, and safety requirements.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in commercial or retail fit-outs, with a strong understanding of civil works, interior execution, MEP coordination, site management, and project documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in project execution, interior fit-outs, commercial spaces, retail outlets, or similar infrastructure projects.




- Experience in managing site execution from planning to handover.
- Strong knowledge of civil works, interior fit-outs, finishing works, and coordination with MEP services.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, interior, and service drawings.
- Experience in coordinating with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to prepare and monitor project schedules, track progress, manage site activities, and support timely project delivery.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation, BOQs, material planning, and basic project cost control will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of quality, safety, and site execution standards.
- Good communication, problem-solving, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment and managing multiple projects or sites simultaneously.
- Experience in retail fit-outs or multi-location projects will be an added advantage.
- Preferred Profile: A hands-on Civil Engineer with strong site execution experience who can independently coordinate fit-out activities, manage vendors and contractors, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure smooth project delivery across Orange Health Labs' expanding diagnostic infrastructure.
