Working Hours: Monday–Friday | 9:30 AM–6:30 PM

Saturday: Work From Home

Job Type: Full-time | Day Shift

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ensure timely delivery, quality, and smooth execution
- Coordinate with Management and cross-functional teams
- Monitor project timelines, task progress, and performance
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Accounts & Operations teams
- Identify bottlenecks and resolve project-related challenges
- Prepare project status reports and performance updates

• Support resource planning,



task allocation, and team coordination

Required Skills: 4–8 years of experience in Project Coordination, Operations, or Team Management

Solid organizational, analytical & problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools & reporting

Ability to multitask and manage priorities

Good understanding of Sales, Marketing & Operational workflows

Self-driven and detail-oriented
