We are looking for a Project Coordinator to ensure projects are executed smoothly and completed within the committed timelines. The role involves coordinating between internal teams, tracking project progress, ensuring SOP compliance, following up on pending activities, and proactively identifying delays or bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities

- Track project schedules, milestones, and planned vs. actual progress.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Site, Quality, Logistics, Finance, Vendors, and Contractors.
- Ensure every project activity is completed as per the defined SOPs, processes, and timelines.
- Maintain project trackers, action-item lists, and project documentation.
- Follow up with responsible teams on pending activities and ensure timely closure.
- Identify potential delays, dependencies, and bottlenecks and escalate them to the Project Manager.
- Conduct regular project follow-ups and prepare daily/weekly status reports.
- Record MOMs, action points, owners,



and committed deadlines.
- Ensure proper coordination and handover between different stages of the project.
- Support timely project completion, commissioning, handover, and closure.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Min. 2 years of Experience in operations
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Engineering, or related field
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Excellent planning and time management
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Ownership mindset and ability to work under deadlines
