About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to coordinate projects, teams, timelines, and deliverables. The ideal candidate should be excellent at follow-ups, communication, documentation, and ensuring projects stay on track.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure timely execution.
- Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Coordinate between internal teams, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and provide project status updates.
- Prepare and maintain project trackers, reports, schedules, and documentation.
- Identify delays, dependencies, and potential project risks and escalate them promptly.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings and maintain action-item trackers.
- Ensure tasks are assigned to the right team members and followed through to completion.
- Monitor project progress and support managers in achieving project objectives.




- Maintain accurate records of project-related communication and updates.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with experience in construction, real estate, interior design, or US-based projects will be preferred.
