We're Hiring: Associate – Programme Coordinator | Bengaluru /n Are you passionate about delivering exceptional learner experiences and managing academic operations in a fast-paced digital learning environment? We're looking for an Associate – Programme Coordinator to join a leading organization in the EdTech and higher education space. /n Location: Bengaluru /n Experience: 1–3 Years /n Employment Type: Full-Time /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Serve as the primary point of contact for learner queries via email, ticketing systems, and other support channels.

/n

- Coordinate live online sessions, including scheduling, hosting, attendance tracking, recordings, and documentation.

/n

- Work closely with faculty, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery.

/n

- Maintain learner records, monitor engagement, and prepare weekly reports and dashboards.

/n

- Manage course delivery activities on the Learning Management System (LMS), including content uploads, assignments, and quality checks.

/n

- Support learner enrolment, record management, and lifecycle activities through the ERP system.

/n

- Coordinate with content and production teams to ensure timely publication of learning resources.





/n /n Preferred Profile /n /n

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A postgraduate qualification in Management, Education, or a related field is an advantage.

/n

- 1–3 years of experience in Programme Coordination, Academic Operations, Learner Support, Student Success, or Education Administration.

/n

- Robust communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

/n

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.

/n

- Experience with Learning Management Systems (preferably Open edX) and ERP platforms is preferred.

/n

- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
