The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching, mentoring students, guiding academic and research activities, and contributing to curriculum enhancement and departmental development. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Deliver lectures, tutorials, practical sessions, laboratory activities, and hands-on learning in Cybersecurity and related areas.

/n

- Mentor students under NEP 2020 mentorship framework; guide students opted for AEDP and own the job roles for mentoring.

/n

- Guide and mentor students in academic projects, internships, presentations, research, and industry-oriented activities.

/n

- Incorporate contemporary cybersecurity practices, real-world security scenarios, case studies, tools, and experiential learning into teaching.

/n

- Participate in curriculum development, academic planning, and quality improvement initiatives.

/n

- Contribute to research, publications, seminars, workshops, FDPs, and other academic activities.

/n

- Develop industry linkages and facilitate industry interactions, live projects, internships, guest lectures, and cybersecurity-related activities.

- Contribute to department development and institutional academic activities.

/n /n Qualifications /n /n

- For Professor

/n

- PhD and Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering / Computer Applications / Information Technology with 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity.

/n

- Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching/ research/ industry out of which at least 3 years shall be at a post equivalent to that of an Associate Professor

/n

- at least 6 research publications at the level of Associate Professor in SCI journals/ UGC/ AICTE approved list of journals.

/n

- For Associate Professor

/n

- PhD and Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering / Computer Applications / Information Technology with 3+ years of experience in Cybersecurity.

/n

- Minimum 8 years of experience in teaching/ research/ industry out of which at least 2 years shall be post Ph.D experience.

/n

- at least 6 research publications in SCI journals/ UGC/ AICTE approved list of journals.

/n

- Strong academic and skilled foundation in Cybersecurity and related areas.

/n

- Excellent communication, presentation, mentoring, and classroom engagement skills.
