Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned partners/customers to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute account plans to increase market share and business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive demand generation activities.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with channel partners, vendors, and key decision-makers.
- Regularly review sales performance, pipeline status, and business forecasts with stakeholders.
- Promote Ingram Micro's portfolio, solutions, and value-added services.
- Coordinate with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts within approved guidelines.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and forecasting reports in CRM systems.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-8 years of sales, account management, channel management, or business development experience.
- Experience in IT distribution, technology sales, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, networking, or related industries preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Understanding of channel sales and partner ecosystem.
