Qualification & Experience

- Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in the Automotive / Manufacturing industry.

Job Responsibilities

- Conduct daily shift communication meetings and communicate SQCDP targets.
- Allocate manpower, monitor absenteeism and ensure production starts on time.
- Coordinate with CFT members for smooth production.
- Monitor shift/day-wise production, machine performance, downtime, productivity and OEE.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, process parameters and 100% inspection requirements.
- Identify abnormalities, monitor 4M change points, initiate corrective actions and support problem-solving activities.
- Maintain production records, downtime reports, inventory and system updates using MCFrame/NPR/Excel.
- Ensure 5S, safety,



PPE compliance, near-miss reporting and FIFO implementation.
- Drive Kaizen, waste reduction, rejection/rework reduction and continuous improvement activities.
- Conduct regular Gemba patrols to identify abnormalities and provide immediate feedback.
- Monitor operator performance, maintain discipline, train team members, build teamwork and ensure effective shift handover.
