Lakshya Placement Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Jewelry Production Manager to oversee day-to-day workshop operations, maintain top-tier quality standards, and ensure on-time delivery!

- ?️ Production Management: Plan and oversee daily workflows across casting, CAD/CAM, stone setting, polishing, and assembly.
- ? Quality Control: Conduct rigorous inspections at every stage to ensure flawless finishes and exact design specs.
- ? Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise bench jewelers, artisans, and technical staff.
- ⚖️ Inventory & Metal Control: Track precious metal usage, minimize loss/waste, and manage gemstone stocks.
- ? Supply Chain:



Coordinate with external suppliers and specialized service vendors (e.g., plating).

- ? 3+ Years of leadership experience in jewelry manufacturing.
- ? Deep technical knowledge of casting, CAD/CAM, stone setting, and metal loss management.
- ? Solid task-management skills using Excel or Jewelry ERP software.
- ? Exceptional problem-solving and team management abilities.
