Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and technically competent candidates with 03 years of experience, including freshers, who are interested in building a career in Production Engineering and Manufacturing Operations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring production activities, achieving production targets, coordinating with cross-functional teams, optimizing manpower and machine utilization, identifying process-related issues, and contributing to productivity and efficiency improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

- Monitor and supervise day-to-day production activities as per the production plan.
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Maintain product quality and ensure strict adherence to defined SOPs and work instructions.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other concerned departments for smooth operations.
- Identify production issues, analyze root causes, and support timely corrective actions.
- Perform basic technical calculations related to production lines and machine specifications.
- Monitor machine productivity, process efficiency, cycle time, and resource utilization.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, productivity improvement, and waste reduction.
- Support implementation of process improvements and standardization initiatives.
- Contribute to process automation and Industrial 4.0 initiatives wherever applicable.
- Conduct Why-Why Analysis / Root Cause Analysis for issues related to:
- Machines Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic

- Manpower

- Equipment

- Processes
- Ensure effective utilization of machines, materials, manpower, and other production resources.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare daily production reports.
- Participate in 5S, Kaizen, continuous improvement, and productivity enhancement activities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety guidelines, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Work closely with senior team members to improve production efficiency and overall plant performance.

Qualification Candidates should possess a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering from a recognized institution.

Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
