Role Overview

Redington Limited is looking for an experienced Product Technical Specialist -Cybersecurity with strong expertise in Trend Micro / Trend Vision One solutions. The role will involve both pre-sales and post-sales technical activities, including customer/partner engagements, product demonstrations, POCs, solution design, implementation support, troubleshooting, and technical enablement.

The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently handle technical discussions with customers, partners, and internal sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and POCs.

Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate Trend Micro solutions.

Provide technical support to the sales team during customer engagements.

Prepare solution architectures, technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and BOMs.

Provide partner enablement and technical training sessions.

Participate in customer meetings and provide technical consultation.

Conduct product deployment and implementation.

Support customers and partners with product configuration and troubleshooting.

Conduct technical walkthroughs and knowledge-transfer sessions.

Support customers during POCs, deployments, and post-deployment activities.

Coordinate with OEM/vendor technical teams for complex technical issues.

Required Product Expertise

Strong hands-on knowledge of Trend Micro / Trend Vision One products, preferably including:





- Trend AI Vision One
- Trend AI Apex One
- Trend AI Deep Security / Cloud One Workload Security
- Trend AI Email Security
- Trend AI Network Security

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Cybersecurity, preferably in Product Technical Presales / Presales Engineering / Technical Support.
- Robust understanding of EDR, XDR, DLP, Email Security, Network Security, Cloud Security, SIEM and Cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Strong experience in conducting product demos, POCs and Implementations.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity architecture and solution deployment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer facing skills.
- Ability to independently manage technical discussions with customers and partners.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to work closely with sales, partners, customers, OEMs, and internal technical teams.
- Willingness to travel for customer and partner engagements when required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Trend Micro certifications or any other Cybersecurity certifications are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
