About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to own and scale products and experiences within the Gateway ecosystem.

You will work at the intersection of fintech, APIs, developer platforms and consumer investment journeys, solving complex problems for both our platform partners and their end users.

This role requires someone who can understand deeply technical products while also thinking about the business and user experience. You will work closely with engineering, design, business, operations and external partners to build products that make investing infrastructure significantly easier to integrate and operate.

What You'll Do

- Own the product roadmap for key Gateway capabilities across APIs, SDKs and partner-facing experiences.

- Understand the needs of fintechs, wealth platforms, brokers and other ecosystem partners and translate them into scalable product solutions.

- Drive the complete product lifecycle — from identifying opportunities and defining the problem to prioritisation, execution, launch and iteration.

- Build products that simplify complex financial workflows such as broker connectivity, securities transactions, holdings import, investment tracking and account opening.

- Work closely with engineering teams on API design, integrations, platform architecture, reliability and developer experience.

- Partner with business and partner teams to understand integration challenges and identify opportunities to improve adoption and activation.

- Define product requirements, user journeys, API/SDK requirements and success metrics.

- Analyse product and operational data to identify friction points,



drop-offs and opportunities for improvement.

- Work closely with external partners and internal stakeholders to drive successful integrations and launches.

- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve the scalability of Gateway operations.

- Collaborate with compliance, legal and risk teams to ensure products are designed within the regulatory framework applicable to financial products.

- Continuously improve developer experience through better documentation, tooling, SDKs, APIs and integration workflows.

What We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, wealthtech, payments, broking, investing or other financial products.

- Strong understanding of API-first products, platform products or developer-focused products.

- Experience working closely with engineering teams on technical products and integrations.

- Ability to understand APIs, webhooks, SDKs, authentication flows and system integrations at a conceptual level.

- Strong product thinking with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured solutions.

- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to product decisions.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to balance customer needs, business priorities and technical constraints.

- Comfort working in a quick-moving environment with high ownership and limited hand-holding.

Good to Have

- Experience building B2B2C or platform products.

- Experience working with APIs, SDKs or developer platforms.

- Experience in broking, wealth management, capital markets, investments or financial infrastructure.

- Exposure to broker integrations, trading systems, demat/holdings systems or financial transaction flows.





- Experience working with external technology partners and managing complex integrations.

- Understanding of Indian fintech regulations and the broader investment ecosystem.
