Job Summary:

jAI is the AI assistant at the heart of Jumpp, helping users navigate banking, investing, trading, and wealth management through natural, multilingual conversation. We're looking for a Product Manager to take jAI from its current form to a genuinely intelligent, trusted financial companion - one that works reliably across 11 Indian languages and holds up to the scrutiny financial-services products demand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and own the jAI product vision, strategy, roadmap, and full product lifecycle.

- Identify, prioritise, and launch AI/GenAI use cases across personal finance, investing, trading, and wealth management - from conversational assistance to personalised insights and market/stock intelligence.

- Drive 0→1 and 1→N development, from customer discovery and PRDs through launch, adoption, and scale.





- Build AI-powered experiences including the financial assistant, personalised recommendations, intelligent search, and proactive nudges - designed to work in English and major Indian languages.

- Own the quality bar for a customer-facing LLM product: define evaluation frameworks, reduce hallucinations, set guardrails, and ensure responses are accurate, explainable, and safe when users are making money decisions.

- Work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Analytics, Business, Risk, and Compliance to ship responsibly.

- Define product KPIs, run experiments, and continuously improve jAI's performance, adoption, containment/resolution, and customer experience.

- Ensure jAI is scalable, reliable, explainable, secure, and compliant with Indian financial-services requirements.

- Need to add accountability of new user acquisitions, retention, engagement of existing clients.

- Responsibility to improve cross functional product growth and revenue.

Required Skills - Must Have

- 8+ years of Product Management experience, with a minimum of 3–4 years in FinTech, WealthTech, Banking, Broking, or Capital Markets (non-negotiable - this role requires someone who understands regulated financial products, not just AI).





- Demonstrated experience shipping conversational AI, chatbots, virtual assistants, or LLM-powered products to real users at scale - not just internal tools or POCs.

- Strong, hands-on working knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents, NLP, and recommendation systems - enough to make sound trade-off calls with engineering, not just brief them.

- Practical grasp of the realities of running LLMs in production: latency vs. quality vs. cost trade-offs, evaluation and offline/online testing, hallucination mitigation, guardrails, and grounding responses in trusted data.

- Good understanding of investing, trading, personal finance, market data, and wealth-management products in the Indian context (retail investors, UPI/payments, mutual funds, FDs, digital gold, equities/broking).

- Solid understanding of APIs, data platforms, experimentation, and product analytics.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, structured problem-solving, and product-leadership skills.

Good to Have

- Experience building multilingual or vernacular products for Indian users, including handling code-mixing (e.g. Hinglish) and non-English intent.

- Exposure to voice interfaces or speech-driven assistants.

- Familiarity with market/stock intelligence, real-time data feeds, or algorithmic/predictive analytics for trading.

- Experience within a super-app or multi-product platform, balancing a shared assistant across many lines of business.

- A track record of defining eval/quality frameworks for GenAI products from scratch.
