As a Procurement Analyst Trainee – AI & Digital Transformation, you will be immersed in a agile 12-month internship. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with innovative technologies while developing business and analytical skills in a global technology company.

You will support initiatives that leverage Generative AI and data analytics, to improve procurement processes, contract management, supplier onboarding, and operational efficiency.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

- Support the implementation of AI-powered solutions to improve procurement processes and operational efficiency.
- Explore and apply Generative AI tools in procurement use cases.
- Create dashboards and insights using Power BI and procurement data.
- Assist with AI-enabled contract management and prompt engineering activities.
- Support financial planning activities and supply demand synchronization across operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic and operational initiatives.

Key Skills And Experience You have:

- Hands-on experience delivering or participating in AI, Automation, or Digital Transformation projects through academic work, internships, hackathons, or personal initiatives.
- Knowledge of Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems using data and digital technologies.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

It would be nice if you also had:

- Project Management Skills
- Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, or other low-code/no-code technologies.
