Role Summary

The Process Trainer will be responsible for training employees on email marketing processes, tools, and best practices,



ensuring teams stay updated and consistent in their execution.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions on email marketing processes and tools

Prepare and deliver engaging training content and presentations

Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new joiners

Organize refresher training sessions for existing team members

Assess training effectiveness and collect feedback

Coordinate with Team Leads to identify training requirements

Requirements

B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech – Engineering background

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lecturer/Professor

Strong presentation and communication skills

Excellent PPT creation skills

Strong interpersonal and interactive skills

Preferred

Prior exposure to Email Marketing or Digital Marketing concepts will be an added advantage (not mandatory)
