Principal Data Scientist with GenAI Experience: 8+ years

Location: Bangalore

Summary: We are looking for an experienced Principal Data Scientist / GenAI professional who can independently develop, implement, and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI use cases across functions. The role involves working closely with internal teams and clients, leading project delivery, solving complex business problems, mentoring junior resources, and contributing to organizational initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and deploy ML and GenAI use cases, while handling and analyzing large volumes of data.
- Apply Machine Learning and Generative AI algorithms, including Prompting, RAG, Agents, and LLMs.
- Design analytical solutions to solve complex business problems and contribute to project brainstorming and solution design.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients, mentor junior resources, and support knowledge-sharing and continuous learning.
- Contribute to Business Development initiatives, PoCs, case studies, sales collaterals, organizational activities, and project estimation.

Requirements:

- 8-10 years of experience in Data Science / related quantitative fields.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python, Generative AI,



LLMs, and RAG.
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and solution design/storyboarding.
- Practical experience with AI Cloud Services - AWS, Azure, or GCP; PySpark/Scala and Big Data technologies are a plus.
- B.Tech/BE, MSc, MBA, or MTech in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or another quantitative discipline.
