Roles and Responsibilities :

- Plan and coordinate daily production schedules for the press shop to meet customer demands.

- Supervise a team of operators to ensure effective use of resources, minimize downtime, and maintain quality standards.

- Monitor machine performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to increase productivity.

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to material availability, tooling, or equipment maintenance.

Job Requirements :

- 3-7 years of experience in a similar role in the automobile industry.

- Strong understanding of sheet metal manufacturing processes and press machines operation.

- Excellent supervisory skills with ability to lead a team effectively.

- Proficiency in managing daily production planning, shift planning, and manpower handling.
